Detailed Itinerary

Recommended Itinerary:

  • Day: 1- Arrival at Delhi and overnight train to Dehradun

    Upon your arrival at Delhi airport for Indian Himalayas with Nature and Culture, our company representative will meet and greet you. Later you will be transferred to the air-conditioned car to proceed towards your pre-booked hotel. Later explore major tourist attractions like Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid and Humayun’s Tomb. On completion of the sightseeing, you will be dropped at Delhi railway station to board an overnight train to Dehradun.

    *Please Note- Red Fort, Akshardham Temple and Lotus Temple remains closed on Mondays.

  • Day: 2 – Dehradun arrival and Drive to Mussoorie

    Upon arrival at Dehradun railway station, our company representative will transfer you to the car and drive towards Mussoorie. On reaching this place, you will check in to your hotel for a short relax and breakfast. Later you will visit tourist attractions like Kempty Falls, Gun Hill, and Lal Tibba. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day: 3 – Mussoorie – Pantwari

    After having breakfast at the hotel, you will drive towards Pantwari and on arrival check in to your hotel for short relaxation. Later you will leave for trekking and pass through the forest overlooking stunning valleys sprinkled with different villages. This wonderful trek is on the north side of Mussoorie hills known as Jaunpur. Basically the shepherds from the valley come over here at the start of spring to worship the local deity. After 4 hours of trek, you will camp in the dense forest and enjoy the overnight stay.

  • Day: 4 – Pantwari – Nagtibba – Devalsari

    Have breakfast at the camp and leave for the uphill trek towards Nagtibba, which is the only place in the central part of the Himalayas from where you have views of high Himalayas in all the directions. Then you will leave for Devalsari and spend overnight in a camp.

  • Day: 5 – Devalsari – Sursingdhar

    Have breakfast at the hotel and then you will leave for Sursinghdhar. On reaching this place, you will enjoy the Himalayan retreat, view the mountains, enjoy the scenery and meet the local people to know their culture. Return to the lodge for overnight stay.

  • Day: 6 – Sursingdhar – Jayalgarh

    After having breakfast at the lodge, you will drive towards Jayalgarh. On arrival, check in to your rafting camp. The rest of the day is at leisure. Enjoy overnight stay in rafting camp.

  • Day: 7 – Jayalgarh – Rishikesh

    Have breakfast at the camp and leave for rafting. Enjoy this activity for 3 hours and that comes to an end at Devprayag. After this, you will drive towards Rishikesh and on arrival check in to your hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day: 8 – Rishikesh – Haridwar

    After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for sightseeing in Rishikesh. Visit major tourist attractions like Lakshamana or Laxman Jhula, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, Kanjapuri Devi temple and Triveni Ghat. On completion of the sightseeing, you will proceed towards Haridwar. After reaching this place, check in to your hotel. Later you will visit places of interest like Har ki Pauri, Mansa Devi Temple, and various religious Ghats. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day: 9 – Haridwar – Agra

    After having early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will be dropped at Haridwar railway station around 6 AM to board your train to Agra. Around 4 PM, you will reach Agra and then check in to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

  • Day: 10 – Agra

    You will visit the Taj Mahal again at the time of sunrise to click some wonderful images to cherish this glorious moment for all the years to come. Return to the hotel to have your breakfast and short relax. Later you will visit other major tourist attractions like Agra Fort, Baby Taj. After this evening is free for independent activities wherein you can go for shopping as Agra is famous for various types of marble handicrafts. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day: 11 – Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Bharatpur

    After having breakfast at the hotel, our company representative will transfer you to the car to leave for Jaipur. En Route, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri- is the best-preserved collection of Indian Mughal architecture in India and was the capital of the Mughal Empire for around 10 years. This place is a great example of architectural ensembles that were constructed between the years 1571 and 1585. After visiting this place, you will drive again towards Bharatpur. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in a hotel.

  • Day: 12 – Bharatpur – Ranthambore

    Have breakfast at the hotel and then you will go for jungle safari in Keoladeo Bird sanctuary to watch the different types of migratory birds. After visiting this place, you will drive towards Ranthambore. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in a hotel.

  • Day: 13 – Ranthambore

    After having early morning breakfast, you will go for morning jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park to spot various wild animals like tigers, wild boars, deer, bear, leopard and many more. This particular national park is famous all across the globe for tiger sighting. After having lunch, you will again go for evening jungle safari to explore the natural habitat of various wild animals. Return to the forest lodge for overnight stay.

    *Please note-– Ranthambore National Park remains closed in Monsoon season (1st July to 30th September)

  • Day: 14 – Ranthambore – Jaipur

    Have breakfast at the hotel and then you will leave for Jaipur. On reaching this place, visit Hawa Mahal that is also called as “Palace of Winds” and was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1799. The structure of this monument is like a beehive and comprises of 953 small windows. Then you will visit City Palace that is a huge complex that consists of buildings, beautiful gardens, courtyards, and other magnificent structures. It was made in between 1729 and 17332 with the initiation of the rule of Ajmer, Sawai Jai Singh II. After visiting this famous tourist attraction, you will go to explore the Albert Hall Museum situated in the Ram Niwas Garden and is the oldest museum in the state of Rajasthan. In the evening, you are free for independent activities like shopping as Jaipur is famous for traditional gemstone jewelry and other handicrafts. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day: 15 – Delhi and Departure

    Have breakfast at the hotel and then you will visit Amber Fort that is also known as Amer Fort, which is located 11 km away from the main city of Jaipur. It is situated high on a hill and was built in the year 1592 AD by Raja Man Singh I. You can also enjoy elephant ride to climb this fort and get a wonderful panoramic view of the whole Jaipur City. You will also visit the Jal Mahal, which is located in a lake and attracts a large number of tourists every year. On completion of the sightseeing, you will drive towards Delhi. On arrival, you will be dropped at Delhi airport to board your international flight home.
