CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

At Rajputana Tours Pvt. Ltd., we understand that sometimes plans change. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Requests:All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email using the same email address used for booking. To ensure proper processing, the cancellation request must be reconfirmed by replying to our cancellation confirmation email.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for cancellations are subject to the type of services booked and our policy outlined below: a) Cancellation 45 Days Prior to Arrival Date: If a booking is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date, the entire advance payment is eligible for a refund. However, the refund amount will be after deducting the transaction charges for receiving the advance payment, sending the refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges imposed by Indian Railways, and cancellation charges by hotels (if applicable). b) Cancellation Within 30 Days of Arrival: If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued from the advance payment made to us.

3. Refund Process: Once a cancellation request is received and processed, the refund will be initiated according to the eligible refund amount. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking. Please note that the refund amount may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Services: Some services may be classified as non-refundable due to specific supplier policies. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the cancelled services, regardless of the cancellation date.

5. Changes in Booking: Any changes made to the booking, such as modifications to the travel dates or services, may be subject to additional charges or fees. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes to your booking.

6. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that necessitate cancellation, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other similar situations, our cancellation and refund policy may be subject to change. We will strive to provide the best possible solution in such cases.
Please note that this cancellation and refund policy applies to bookings made directly with Rajputana Tours Pvt. Ltd. For bookings made through third-party platforms or agents, please refer to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
